While we don't offer online shopping as of yet, we can ship your order to you upon request. Once your dress arrives at the shop, we will hand package your order and ship it via Canada Post, and supply you with a tracking number. Your package will also be insured. For packages going outside of Canada, customs and/or import fees are applicable and the responsibility of the customer.
We generally use Canada Post Expedited Parcel service (3-5 business days) which includes insurance and a tracking number. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order and must be paid before shipment.
Tracking numbers are supplied. If there is an issue, we will work with you, and Canada Post, to resolve the issue.
All purchases are final sale. Exchanges will be considered in some circumstances. We're reasonable people, life happens!
